FOR BUYERS:  Your new home is just an email away!  I listen to your needs.  I immediately translate that information into a search engine, and I effectively use an automated email system to give us both instant notice of properties that meet your search criteria as they come on the market.  That means we can respond quickly when we see a property we like, and we don’t waste time sifting through properties that we don’t like or that have already been sold.  No email – no problem – I’ll call you when I get the notice about a new listing.  I will support every step of the buying process, from contract preparation and negotiation through closing, including coordinating attorney approvals, property inspections, and financing.
